Returns & Refunds policy

At Boss Bhopal, we value our customers and aim to provide the best services. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds will only be provided before the start of development work if no resources have been allocated.

• Once project work (design, coding, or deployment) has started, no refund will be issued.

• If Boss Bhopal is unable to deliver the project due to internal issues, a full refund will be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain name purchases.

• Hosting services.

• Third-party software/licenses.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
