• Ensure legal rights to any materials (logos, images, content) shared with us.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final website/app.

• Boss Bhopal reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Boss Bhopal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions (hosting, domain, payment gateways, APIs).

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.

• Fees for completed work until termination will be invoiced.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India (Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction).
